The complaint management system for company facilities is still ineffective because complaints are submitted manually through the form and must be delivered directly to engineering facility. In this case supporting activities within company, of course. terms delivering handling it expected easier so that repairs made quickly. Because these constraints authors intend conduct research aimed at providing solutions study various theories observations in field framework developing existing systems company. development methodology I use Waterfall refers SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, which consists plan, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance. application built based on web using a PHP program, with database MySQL. results information needed optimize performance streamline time required. concept very precise, evident from tests have been carried out fast accurate calculations. This has many shortcomings, therefore constructive input suggestions always by author sake improvement future.
